location was very good. rooms are clean and also good. i stored my luggage after i checked out. i found a great pizza place on google maps near the hotel.
the lift is small and i think they cant help this. bed mattress sagged. i woke up with sore back so they need replace it.

I found the hotel's location very convenient. It was close to many restaurants and shops. A bus ride away was the stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. I also had a good view from it.
The lift was quite small, which sometimes made it slow to get to my floor.

i totally loved the hotel's super central location! it made visiting all the attractions easy. the room was spacious and super clean. the staff was also friendly and always ready to assist (davide at the reception was the best!).
the shower was a bit small (i kept bumping my elbows!), so that could be improved.

the staff was attentive, and always eager to help. reception was available 24/7, and the concierge was very efficient at providing directions and recommendations. i felt very welcome and well taken care of during my entire stay.

the hotel has a well-equipped gym (with modern equipment). the breakfast buffet included a variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. high-speed wifi was available throughout the hotel, great for seamless connectivity.
